DELIVERY

House of Kanai delivers to EU, UK & Ireland, US and Canada. Delivery times shipping will depend on item selected.  

Ready to wear items will take approximately 3 to 5 days to process excluding shipping time. 

Made to measure items will take approximately 14 working days to process excluding shipping time. 

SHIPPING

UK and NI Shipments can take approximately 3-4 working days from completion date to be delivered to UK and NI depending on shipping address location. International orders can take up to 14 - 28 working days to arrive (depending on shipment address and customs).

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package, and we are not liable for any stolen or lose packages. Any returned packages that are undelivered will be subject to returned shipping fees.

The following shipping methods are available:

Local UK postal service : 3-4 working days 1st, 2nd class delivery to UK & NI. US & Canada 14  - 28 working days. Additional charges may apply.

 

RETURNS and EXCHANGES 

We do not offer returns on swim garments purchased for hygienic reasons. We offer exchanges on selected items only in the case an item is damaged, a store credit note or code for another purchase will apply.
